During the holidays, in addition to working with our customers, we love to hang out with our families too! During this holiday time, we have periods where we will have light or critical only support.

Our support is normal operating capacity.
Light
Minimal staffing and support, it's advised to not take any actions that may impair your sites or servers.
Critical Only
Everyone is on holiday, we'll be available only for server down or platform down issues.
