Our Commitment to Accessibility

We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to achieve inclusive access across our website and digital services.

Standards and Guidelines

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, an internationally recognized benchmark for accessible web content. In doing so, we also align with the requirements of:

  • The European Accessibility Act (EAA), which mandates that websites and mobile applications of businesses offering products and services in the EU be accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities.
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which requires that digital content be accessible under the principles of non-discrimination and effective communication.

Known Issues

We are aware that some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to improve these areas and bring them into compliance. Identified issues include:

  • Images: Many images throughout our website require alt tags to be added. We have begun updating all images.
  • Heading Hierarchy: Some headings do not follow the correct heading hierarchy, which can cause problems for screen reader users. We plan to fix this over the course of 2025.
  • Color Contrast: Certain areas of text on our site are being updated to ensure optimal contrast.
